To maintain COVID-19 guidelines and the health and safety of our clients, the doors of the clinic will be locked in between sessions. The doors will be unlocked near the top of the hour to allow clients to leave and enter the clinic. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Here are some precautions we are taking during this time:

1. All staff will be wearing clinical grade masks. Clients should be masks or reusable cloth masks to help reduce the spread where possible.

2. The DOMO building has installed multiple hand sanitizer stations to help reduce the spread of germs. Please use these before entering the clinic.

3. All clients and staff must confirm they are symptom-free and have not been in contact with anyone who is symptomatic before each session.

4. If you or someone in your family is immune compromised, please let us know before we set up sessions.

5. A clinician will maintain as much distance as possible and check on the session periodically to comply with social distancing measures.

6. Less than 7 people will present in the 2500 square foot facility at all times, inclusive of staff.

7. Only 1-3 clients will be present in the clinic at a time.

8. Once a client leaves the clinic and all common places will be sanitized.

9. The clinic will be sanitized multiple times per day to better ensure health and safety regulations.

10. Sessions will end sharply at 50 minutes to ensure there is enough time to clean and sanitize the facility before the next client comes in.

11. Additional consent forms will need to be signed before we can begin appointments.

12. Only the client will be allowed in the clinic in a drop-off fashion. Some exceptions can be made if the client requires another person to be with them in the clinic.

13. Everything will be subject to change based on government guidelines and the ever changing situation.

We are constantly monitoring federal, provincial, Ministry of Health, and Chief Medical Officer of Health guidelines to make informed decisions and keep our policies up-to-date. Dr. Muller is accepting new therapy clients through secure tele-health video conferencing.

If you have any flu or related symptoms we recommend to immediately utilize the online assessment tool available at

We look forward to supporting you through this difficult time. It is essential to reach out to mental health resources if you need it. We hope that everyone will be safe and well during this time.
