Rajneel Sharma is a Registered Psychotherapist and the Operations Director at Neuropotential Clinics. He began his career in psychophysiology in 2013 as a Neurofeedback (EEG-Biofeedback) Technician, developing extensive experience in neurofeedback services and the clinical applications of qEEG.
Since becoming Operations Director at Neuropotential Clinics in 2016, Rajneel has played an integral role in the development and delivery of the practice’s services. He is involved in processing qEEG assessment data used as part of the clinic’s qEEG brain mapping services. Rajneel also personally conducts each complimentary consultation with prospective clients. During these consultations, he helps individuals explore their concerns, learn more about the services available, and determine whether Neuropotential Clinics may be a good fit for their needs.
As a Registered Psychotherapist, Rajneel works collaboratively with clients using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques. His therapeutic approach emphasizes understanding each client’s individual goals, developing a strong therapeutic relationship, and helping clients build practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.
